7:43 AM: AWS started investigating internet connectivity issues in US-WEST-2 (Bolt Production)
7:52 AM: AWS started investigating internet connectivity issues in US-WEST-1 (Bolt Non-Production)
8:01 AM: AWS identified root cause and starts addressing issue
7:53 AM: Bolt services recover
8:14 AM: Amazon officially resolved the incident
