Between 9:13 AM PT and 10:40 AM PT, one of Bolt's third party processing partners experienced an intermittent issue causing a higher than normal rate of declined authorizations. As a result, some customers may have been declined at checkout, although their orders were likely to have been authorized successfully upon retrying their purchase.
This issue has been resolved by the processing partner and we are no longer seeing heightened decline rates.
